Acceptance

By creating an account or using ScriptBase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ScriptBase is an AI-powered icon generation platform. You purchase credits and use them to generate icons for your projects. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One person or legal entity per account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

Credits & payments

• Credits are purchased through Polar and are non-refundable
• Each icon generation consumes one credit
• Credits do not expire
• Prices may change with 30 days notice; existing credits are not affected

Intellectual property

Icons you generate are yours. You receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use generated icons for any purpose, including commercial projects. You may not claim that AI-generated icons are human-made in contexts where that distinction matters legally.

The ScriptBase name, logo, and platform design remain our property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell or redistribute the service itself
• Generate icons depicting illegal content or hate speech
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits

Availability & warranties

ScriptBase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to meet specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptBase and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
